Allison Ngo Griffin is the founder of Revelation Consulting. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, she worked for the Texas House of Representatives before a defining encounter with Jesus in 2015 redirected her life toward service, ministry, and mission-led work.

Her work since then has crossed public service, humanitarian work, Christian ministry, Israel advocacy, national events, travel, and creative projects. She spent a year living overseas while serving across Africa, Asia, and South America and has traveled to more than 35 countries.

Allison's first trip to Israel in 2019, for the Jerusalem Prayer Breakfast, led to ongoing involvement in Israel and Jewish-Christian relations. As part of American Christian Leaders for Israel, she helped coordinate the Remembering October 7th Memorial on the National Mall and two Israel Advocacy Days with rabbis and pastors on Capitol Hill.

Jerusalem is also where Allison and her husband, Peter, met. In 2025, she co-led a journey for 19 young adults from Miami, most visiting Israel for the first time. In 2026, Allison and Peter completed firsthand safari research across Botswana and South Africa, visiting lodges and reserves and studying how wildlife, routing, photography, and golf can fit together in one exceptional journey.

Today, she brings that cross-cultural perspective and practical coordination experience to every Revelation Consulting engagement.
